From Friday 19th to Sunday 21st June 2009 at the Saltire Centre in Glasgow, the Social Innovation Camp will bring together some of the best of the UK’s software developers and designers, together with those at the sharp end of social change. You can enter your idea for a web-based tool to create social change through our website: http://scotland.sicamp.org/ from 30 March until 22 May – we’re going to be looking for the most exciting ideas for how the web could change stuff that really matters.

And here`s what the two most promising ideas will win:
– Up to £5,000 in start-up funding from Firstport (http://www.firstport.org.uk/)
– Three days of time from creative web development company, IfLooksCouldKill (http://iflookscouldkill.co.uk/)
– Branding workshop from design agency, O Street (http://www.ostreet.co.uk/)
