Project Leader post for a Practitioner (Artist/Creative Technologist) based in Wales ⁄⁄

bloc is seeking applications for Project Leader post for a Practitioner (Artist/Creative Technologist) based in Wales. The post-holder will lead on the development of one commissioning project and four micro commissioning projects for bloc’s programme of work between 2010 and July 2011. Throughout the duration of the contract, they will promote technology across all artforms in Wales.

The post-holder will be an artist/creative technologist applying their knowledge and understanding as a practitioner to generate new opportunities for practitioners in the form of commissions. One of the micro commissions is to be offered to the appointed artist/creative technologist.

The post is for a period of 10 months, starting October or early November 2010.

Salary: £8,000 on a freelance basis
Location: Flexible (bloc Main Office, Chapter, Cardiff)
